Privacy policy

This policy explains how Elite Wilson Holdings Inc. and Elite Developments (“we”, “us”) handle personal information collected through 1025wilson.ca. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you request pricing or register, we collect your name, email, phone number if you provide it, the type of buyer you are, the space you need, your brokerage if you are an agent, and any message you write.
- How you found us. If you arrive from an ad or campaign link, we store the campaign source (UTM tags and Google click ID) for up to 90 days in a first-party cookie, and attach it to your registration.
- Site usage. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and similar data. If you decline, analytics cookies are not set.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, send pricing, floor plans and availability, arrange presentations, and manage our relationship with you as a prospective purchaser or co-operating broker. We use site usage data to understand which pages help visitors and to measure our advertising.
Consent and email
Submitting the form lets us reply to your enquiry. We only send ongoing marketing emails and calls about The Wilson Centre and other Elite projects if you tick the consent box, or as otherwise permitted by CASL. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time by emailing sales@elitedevelopments.com.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this site and our sales process, such as our CRM and email platform (ActiveCampaign), website hosting (GitHub Pages) and analytics (Google Analytics), and with co-operating brokers when you ask us to involve them. Some providers store data outside Canada, where it may be subject to local laws.
Retention and security
We keep your information while it is needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of first-party cookies and browser storage to remember your cookie choice and campaign source. Google Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
